Hyper-v server added in the active directory domain. Hyper- Server hostname change. Delete, Expire or change personal certificate.
Open MMC – Start, Run > MMC Open Local computer account certificate console – File > Add Remove Snap-ins > Select > Certificate > ADD.
From new pop-up screen, select the computer account > Next >Local Computer (the computer this console running on) > Finish. OK.
In Left Pane, Explore Remote Desktop > Certificate > Find the new latest valid certificate (longest expiry date certificate). Copy new certificate and again from left pane explore Personal > Certificate > Paste the copied certificate in the right pane. Now Start services on Hyper-V Manager console or from “services. msc” Server Hyper-V services will start and now hyper-v guest will be visible. Check the guest VM status and start if the status shows PAUSED or OFF.
